  3. If you cannot exit from SCOM via File/Quit command type
  4. (quit) in Listener, and press return.
  5.  
  6. At startup SCOM installs the following folders into the Tools
  7. menu. If you have problems starting up SCOM try removing or
  8. reinstalling them from the master disk.

  17. If these instructions don't help, SCOM application is corrupted, 
  18. and you must reinstall the whole SCOM.
